The Vision
A founder film built around the person on the receiving end. The interface appears only as evidence; the argument belongs to the founder speaking as she would to one person.
The Hurdle
Founder communication is usually filmed as proof of expertise, which makes the founder the subject and everyone else an audience — the wrong shape for a film about being personally answered.
The Impact
A film that reads as a point of view rather than a demonstration, and sets the standard the company is held to afterwards.

The Decision
We cut away to the person receiving the message, not to the product.
Each time the film could have shown another capability, it shows someone reading a reply instead — a face changing as they register that the answer was written for them. The interface appears only as evidence, never as the argument.
The founder speaks as she would to one person rather than to a room. That set the register for everything else. A film about attention had to be made with attention, not merely about it.
Why It Mattered
Founder communication gets filed with content and measured like content. It is neither. It is the only channel where a company's voice reaches someone unmediated, and it compounds — each person who feels personally answered becomes a proof point that cannot be bought. Framing the film around the recipient makes that case without ever stating it, and sets the standard the company will be held to afterwards.
